PPA Launches ‘In Focus: Marcos Presidency’ Photo Exhibit at Likhang Filipino Halls

NEWS | The Presidential Photojournalists Association (PPA) has officially launched its two-week photo exhibition, “In Focus: Marcos Presidency,” at the newly reopened Likhang Filipino Exhibition Halls located at the International Trade Center Complex along Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. Spanning the administration’s first four years, the public exhibition features a curated collection documenting significant national milestones, domestic events, and key official engagements.

The exhibit runs from August 14 to 30, 2026, and is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, with the galleries remaining closed on Mondays.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise "Liza" Araneta-Marcos opened the exhibit on Thursday, August 13, viewing a title board collage of the administration's leadership and public engagements.

Commemorating World Photography Day on August 19, the showcase features works by 15 veteran photojournalists, emphasizing the enduring role of professional photojournalism. PPA President Noel Pabalate noted the organization's mission to truthfully document the presidency. Founded in 1986, the PPA is supported by the Presidential Communications Office, Office of the President, and corporate sponsors.
