PALAWAN'S ANGELICA LOPEZ CROWNED INAUGURAL REINA FILIPINAS GRAND INTERNATIONAL 2026

Angelica Lopez of Palawan made history on August 7, 2026, by capturing the inaugural Reina Filipinas Grand International 2026 title at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.

A Historic Triumph

The 25-year-old pageant veteran and former Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 outshined 20 other contestants to secure the top crown. Organized under the leadership of shoe designer Jojo Bragais and National Director Emma Mary Tiglao, the debut pageant introduced an innovative platform fusing pageantry with business, sports, and entertainment. Lopez dominated the stage, taking home the Best in Swimsuit and Miss Pasarela awards. In her final Q&A, she highlighted the organization's unique mission to equip women with real-world skills, calling it a "win-win situation for all".

The Inaugural Winners and Court

The winners' circle also crowned two other major titles alongside the standard runners-up court:

The Road Ahead

With her historic victory, Lopez officially inherits the Philippine sash from Emma Mary Tiglao. She will represent the country at the upcoming Miss Grand International 2026 competition. Meanwhile, Brooks and Diaz will carry the banner to the second edition of the global MGI All Stars circuit later this year.
