INTENSE AND BURST ACTION: FOURTH YEAR OF REPORTING BY MIRANDA NEWS

Today, August 23, 2026, marks the fourth year of "Una sa Aksyon Balita" by Miranda News Philippines, a testament to its relentless monitoring and delivery of breaking news to the nation.

Adapting to technology to speed up service delivery and maintain an alert community was not easy. It all started in 2022 using only MS Publisher for editing and converting from PDF to PNG to be posted on the founder's private account. It was officially made public on December 2 of the same year, under the leadership of its founder who started at the age of 15.

From simple bulletin reports and after a series of design changes, the new form of the platform inspired by the style of Student Publications was finally launched on August 1, 2026.

Although it uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to refine its scripts, it still undergoes rigorous review to ensure that each news story is accurate, fair, and factual. Balitang Miranda aims to avoid gossip, pure entertainment, and politicization; instead, it focuses on public service such as notices, guidelines, announcements, and official reports from government agencies.
